A Improving team work through use of Personality Type questionnaire (1.5 hour session)
Suitable for teams of up to six who work regularly together • Leading participants through the questionnaire • Facilitating a work shop on team building, based on the questionnaire • Discussion of implications of personality type for all aspects of an organisation – recruitment, performance, success – and how to maximise personality types
B Teaching the GROW model to a small team (2 hour session)
Suitable for teams of up to six; relevant for managers responsible for performance in groups of 4-6 • Theoretical explanation of the GROW model • Live demonstration of the model with one team member • Individuals practice coaching using the GROW model with support from me
C Influencing people through storytelling (2 hour session)
