With twenty years' experience as a leader and manager of change, I bring real life practice and understanding as well as theory to situations facing people working today. I enjoy working across a range of businesses in the private, public and third sectors and am experienced in developing organisations, as an external consultant, an internal facilitator and board member. My organisational work is complemented by one-to-one coaching and mentoring for individuals and managers who are leading transition and transformation in their organisations.
